MED TOLLYAMIN FORTE
ITS SIMPLY THE BEST

  • Amino acids (L-methionine - L-lysine)
  • Elektrolytes
  • B-Vitamines
Amino acids, electrolytes, vitamins, protein, metabolism, Parakeets, canaries, parrots

Tollyamin contains high doses of amino acids, electrolytes and B vitamins in an optimized mixture ratio. Because of its composition you can utilize Tollyamin all year round, during the racing season, when breeding and during the moult.

Tollyamin contains high doses of amino acids, electrolytes and B vitamins in an optimized mixture ratio. Because of its composition you can utilize Tollyamin all year round, during the racing season, when breeding and during the moult.
During the breeding season you can cater for the particularly high protein needs of the young pigeons with 3+ Tollyamin Light. In addition, with choline chloride the growth of young pigeons is provably promoted. Studies from the poultry industry have provided the definite proof of this. Choline influences the metabolism positively and hinders o fatty degeneration of the liver.

During the moult we recommend the daily dispensing of 3+ Tollyamin Light in combination with Dosto-Oregano Liquid 12%. Because plumage grows each and every day, not just once a week. The highly dosed amino acids L-methionine, L-lysine and the vitamin Biotin are the guarantors for a new and silky plumage. Due to the sulphur contained in L-methionine, after a few hours a slight sulphur smell arises from the drinking water. If you have purchased amino acid products that do not smell of sulfur, you have bought a lot of water. They do not have any odors, but also no effect! I hope you understand what I mean.

With vaccinations or other medical treatments always provide Med. Tollyamin Forte in the drinking water at the same time. In this way you can avoid side effects from the medications and also plumage damage. The highly dosed vitamin B-12 supports blood formation and cell division. This process is very important for a vigorous. During the racing season supplementing the diet with Med. Tollyamin Forte is essential. Glutamine, L-methionine and L-lysine are of central consequence as protein building blocks (organic compounds) for a quick post race recuperation.

The muscle and weight loss can be felt on the pigeons after a race. The harder the race - the lighter the pigeon. Pigeons provided with Med. Tollyamin Forte and Immunol make up the muscle and weight loss much faster. The energy storage build-up of the muscles is accomplished in two days. Pigeons with this specialized care have an enormous advantage in the course of a long racing season. The longer and harder the racing season, the greater the advantage. Glutamine plays a key role in many of the livers detoxification processes. The liver is one of the most important organs in a racing pigeons body. High-fat feeds before races, burning of fat and protein during a race, muscle regeneration after a race and the provision of medications - all of this passes through the liver. It is for this reason that the protective effect of Tollyamin is so very important for the liver of your racing pigeons.

Why is it better that L-methionine is contained in Tollyamin and not just, as in all other products, DL-methionine? Nature knows only the L-form, but not the D-form. Therefore, the body can only exploit L-methionine and must discharge the D-methionine unused. Thus, 50% of the methionine is lost. That means: If you buy a product with 1000 mg of DL-methionine, only 500 mg of methionine, this valuable amino acid, remains for the pigeon. By the way, only L-methionine is used for humans. The DL-form is not allowed to be used. L-methionine is 20 times more expensive than DL-methionine and of course the better form for animals.
It is a useful exercise for every pigeon fancier to familiarise themselves with one of the most important substances available for racing pigeons - amino acids. One would then quickly discover that Tollyamin is an exceptional product.

Dosage:
Racing: 15 ml to 1 liter of water or 1 kg of food (3-5 days a week)
Moulting: 15 ml to 1 liter of water or 1 kg of food (3-5 days a week)
Breeding: 15 ml to 1 liter of water or 1 kg of food (3-5 days a week)

The secret of flavourings:
In nutritional supplements and medicines flavourings are now being used more frequently. These flavourings are one of the secrets of Med. Tollyamin Forte. They make the products palatable and also have a positive effect on the mucosa in the beak/throat and also protect the gastrointestinal tract. A healthy flora can only settle on an intact intestinal mucosa.

TOLLISAN ELECKTROLYT BALANCE

Administering electrolytes to racing pigeons stems
from human sports. It is however not always simply a case of using human products for animals.

Humans perspire when they engage in sports, and exude salts and electrolytes via their sweat glands. For this reason, it is vital that athletes compensate for this loss by taking electrolytes for quick regeneration. This ensures fast restoration of balance.
But this method cannot simply be used for racing pigeons as they do not have sweat glands! Have you ever seen a racing pi
g
eon returning from a competition flight dripping in sweat?
If pigeons had sweat glands, their feathers would certainly be wet and sticky from sweat after an exhausting flight. Pigeons find it quite difficult to fly with wet feathers though. Evolution has responded to this in an intelligent way, that is, by simply omitting sweat glands in pigeons.

The truth is: Racing pigeons mainly experience a loss of protein (weight) during competition flights, and only minimal electrolytes. This protein loss should quickly be replaced with a high dose of amino a
cids such as Med. Tollyamin Forte or Tollisol Plus and a quality animal protein product, such as Immunol. Electrolytes are however used in a meaningful manner in the poultry sector, namely for chickens, which need to lay eggs on a daily basis. Administration of electrolytes is imperative here.
Stationary breeding pigeons, which lay one, two, three or more clutches of eggs over several years and rear their young would also benefit a great deal from the administration of electrolytes. These breeding pigeons would then not feel quite so dried up and worn out after a few years as a result of minerals from their own bone structure being used to compensate for a lack of electrolytes during the egg formation phase. In this way, nature has ensured that the egg does not suffer any deficit. But nature could not predict that racing pigeon breeders would build lofts and make breeding pigeons lay eggs, almost like chickens.
And it is for this reason that we have increased the dose of our new special mixture 30-fold compared to conventional electrolyte mixtures. In addition, administering Electrolyt-Balance will also prevent discharge in young pigeons in the nest, something the second batch of offspring increasingly suffers from. You have probably on occasion already seen how wet the droppings of young pigeons in the nest can be. These wet droppings are generally the result of an electrolyte imbalance.

Dosage:
Breeding pigeons + racing pigeons 1 dosing spoon (10 g) on 1 litre of drinking water.
Pigeons in the nest with wet faeces 2 dosing spoons (20 g) to 1 litre of drinking water.

Ingredients:
Elektrolytes

Electrolyte balance helps your breeders to restore the balance. The application of electrolyte balance also prevents the drenching of the young pigeons in the nest, which arises after the second to third rearing.

Tollisan P H Control

TpH-Control is a drinking water acidifier, which consists of a combination of free and buffered organic acids. With a focused action on gram-negative bacteria (such as Salmonella and E-Coli) in the drinking water, and at intestinal level, pH-Control supports good digestive function. Because of the additional acidification and the increased effectiveness of the intestinal acids, pH-Control has an overall positive effect on intestinal health and consequentially the performance of your pigeons.

Intestinal Health = Animal Health
Intestinal health is the key to healthy animals and high performance. The stomach and intestine are also responsible for the digestion of feed, containing billions of bacteria and provide the environment for the formation of immune-stimulating substances. Therefore, the focus should always be on the intestinal health. Organic acids can promote the balance in the intestine and lead to a significant reduction in the formation of harmful bacteria, such as E-coli, salmonella and trichomonads. In particular, in young birds, the immune system is still very susceptible to germs, since the intestinal flora is still under development, and as such may not give full protection. In addition to the inhibition of pathogenic germs, pH-Control also protects the desired lactic acid bacteria (lactobacillus) and thus provides optimal conditions for a healthy intestinal flora.

  • Bacteria (E-Coli, salmonella), fungi and trichomonads are directly opposed.
  • The drinking water is cleaned and the biofilm is reduced.
  • The acids support the acidification of the stomach, particularly in young birds.
  • Ammonium salt and ash/rowan acid works strongly against pathogenic germs in the digestive tract of the birds.
  • The "good" microflora in the intestines is protected, intestinal health is supported.
  • By activating the digestive enzymes conditions are created for optimal absorption of nutrients.

Advantages of buffered acids
pH-Control contains buffered organic acids, which form an integral part of how pH-Control works. They work not only in the crop, but also by the buffered acid into the stomach of the pigeons. The technical advantages of buffered acids are very important, because they facilitate the handling of acids and let the pH-value in the water, even in higher doses, not fall below a pH-value of 3.5. The optimal pH-value of approximately 4 in the drinking water retards the growth of salmonella, E.Coli, and trichomonads. In addition, the buffered acids are an important component of this acid mixture and inhibit the occurrence of undesirable enteric bacteria in the intestine. pH-Control uses ammoniumformate as a buffered component, which on the basis of their property of the release of hydrogen ions (H +), enhances the anti-bacterial effect of pH-Control. The high anti-bacterial effect of ammonium salt has been confirmed by several tests.

Recommended use
For a lasting reduction of microbial load, we recommend a dosage of 5ml pH-Control to 1 litre of drinking water. The drinking water will then show a pH-value of 4. When vaccination takes place or during the provision of medication, pH-Control should not be administered. Use of pH-Control when giving medication should be avoided at all costs. However, the concurrent use of pH-Control, Med. Tollyamin Forte and Dosto Oregano Liquid 12% is advisable. The high quality of our Oregano products enhances the anti-bacterial effect of pHControl. Moreover, the administration of Med. Tollyamin Forte encourages the natural drinking behaviour of the pigeons.
